In today's world something of this nature shud not hv happended to big conglomerate like LAZADA -
what actually is the meaning of `next hour' - their notification is dated 27/04/2020 and now it's been 2 months but the refund never appear in my wallet.
Call their customer line never even get thru, sent numerous email got no reply and chat with CLEO u all can deduece its reply - and this is the 2nd time similar refund issue is recurring [the first was after a month then only get the refund into my wallet.
What happened to those running the show - were they compose of white collar CONmen?
Preferred solution: Full refund.
