On 18 Dec 2019 I placed order for YAMAHA C108 Upright Piano under Maybank Mastercard 12 month installment scheme @***.33/mth.

On 20 Dec 2019 I received your e-mail below stating item has gone out of stock and ensured that I am not been charged for this order.

When I check thru MB2U, I am shocked that 2 payments have deducted from my Master card i.e: - 19 Dec 2019 - LAZADA MY-EC-E12: 001/012 @***.33 - 22 Dec 2019 - LAZADA MY-EC-E12: 002/012 @***.33

Upon checking with the Bank, they informed that they have not received any instruction from LAZADA to cancel the purchase.

I am expecting your immediate action to resolve this issue before my further action is taken.

FYI I have communicated thru live chat (CLEO) using my computer 2 times and using my smartphone time but no response at all. The only mean available provided by LAZADA.

Would like to suggest for LAZADA to reactivate the CUSTOMER HOTLINE NUMBER.
