Lazada Malaysia - Replacement for broken item
I received the order items( #205743****08061 ) which is a badminton racket on 26/8/2018. I found the racket with broken head then I immediately informed Lazada and returned item the next day.
I kept on contact with Lazada to trace the news of the return item and I was informed items is on transit in every conversation. Today I find that my request ( case 1543**** ) for the replacement is cancelled on 21/9/2018. So what is the reason of the cancellation? At lease give me an explanation that can convince me.
As a regular customer of Lazada, this case have make me lost confident to buy things on Lazada.
Lazada, you have failed me and you will forever lost my purchase on your website. Good day.
Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
Monetary Loss: $150.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
