5 resolved issues over 256 and counting complains. No wonder you get so much hate mail.
I believe it's a good company but they work with useless agents on the field to deliver the good. Especially poslaju putrajaya, who are the most inefficient org I have ever experienced.
3 times in a row they never informed me about my order and returned it to lazada. Even though I got refunded how would I know if I ordered something else who it be the same situation because it show from the past experience that I am exteremly disappointed.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Dear violet,i have problem with my shipment. I have bought mattress and bed on 14th june to deliver tk kelantan.
In the messages received, the bed & mattress will be arrive by today,17th june.
But when i check,it still not moving from HQ. Appreciate your help as i need those things before raya.
