I had bought a xiao mi A1 mobile phone from Terra Distribution which does not required international shipment and I have tried to contact lazada customer service and ask them to email the seller to post my package since Kota Bharu to penang just take 1 days to arrive,but currently takes almost 3-4 days,and ETA last second days already the seller still does not post the item to the courier,we feel that we are scammed by the seller.We will take further action if does not delivery in time.Please all company to provide platform to the seller make sure they will delivery in time.Currently the problem is with the seller not the courier service.
