Before i buy the item, i was asking the seller first is the item is in stock...then the seller said yes, in stock.

But after i made a payment, the seller just keep shut and did not reply my chat...

I tried to use other lazada account which is my wife account and ask for that tv whether still available or not. And the seller can reply the chat but if im using my account which is already made the payment, he did not reply...

I also tried using the livechat from lazada apps, CLEO I think...and it is the worst live chat i've been used..

Did not help anything.

I bought a TCL 50p8m tv and using maybank installment plan...

Is this seller is a trusted seller or scam...

If scam, how Lazada filter their sellers?
