Got the defective iphoneX for Order #203087683864849 placed on 4th June for the amount RM 4279. I have return the item on 7th jun and till now there is no refund and i have given a call to customer care and raised a complaint 11th jun and case 13050453 ,i informed that the POSLAJU status has been struck and the item is not yet delivered please act on it ,but after some days the case has closed with out rectifying the issue. on 25 th june when i called lazada they told me that the item is not traceable and they need to 24 to 48 hours,on 28th june when i called Lazada is saying that the item has been not traceable and they will take their own time for the refund.

when i ever i call customer care they will say wait 24 to 48 hours this their default answer and when you ask them to connect to the supervisor they will say he is busy and he will be always busy through out the year . the will assure you they will call you by 3 pm or by 5 to 6 pm in the call just to get rid you and at the end of the day u will not get any call.
