I bought an item from Fitness Captain from Lazada website on Oct 8 2017, shipping date will get on Oct 14 2017, now almost 2 weeks delay, and the status still in process, so what can i do, please assist. This product was from local Malaysia, why take so long to deliver.

i know this is a small problem, and now online purchase are very competitive, if you still continuously provide this kind of service, you will make your buyers have less confident continuously shopping at your Lazada anymore.
