First,the item delivered is wrong.Purchased the item in silver but got the black one instead so I decided to return it and have a full refund and not a store credit.It has been a month and I still did not get my refund even after I have sent countless of email and all of the info and details needed for my refund process. I have contact the customer service,do all of the things instructed,give review,etc,etc,even the emails I received only stated they are working on it,but a month has passed and I can't wait anymore. I am planning to do a report to KPDNKK if there is no further actions to resolve this soon.
