Hello lazada malaysia,until now i still cannot return the item that i received on 6 january.when i check at my order status still in the process but the item were already delivered to i want to fill return form if the status still the same.before that you said wait about 24hours but until now still the same.its almost 1 week i waiting to return back that item.i don't want any problem which suddenly your company said cannot return back because the item is over than 1 week.can you give me other option how to return and refund my money back?give me other suggestion how to solve this problem,i don't want to hold that item anymore.please answer my question as soon as possible.
