my order cancelled because seller dont hav stock,automatically cancelled. I requested them to refund to my bank acc but they issued store credit to me without my permission.already submit acc detail within time frame,store credit come less 30 minutes after the cancellation.contact them thru email and fb.in email they say case already close with store credit.in facebook they say in progress of refund.already near 2 weeks still didnt received the refund. feels like they forcing customer to buy from them.secara ringkas, lazada paksa saya guna voucher yang dia bagi.mahu je report kat tribunal pengguna..................................................................
