Very upset the way the LEX staff Taupit Walhidayah Hermen behaves.
As an Essential services (Hospital) I am still working during MCO period.
I received call from LEX staff Taupit, ask me to come down to collect my goods from Lazada. I told him that I'm at office and my mother at home but she can't walk please deliver to my house.
Taupit said if you can't come and collect i will return the product, i keep telling him my situation he starts to be rude to me and said other people can come down why only you can't and I return back (campak) you product because my SOP said i cannot deliver to the house i have to drop it far away. Is that what your SOP mentioned?
Why this courier staff keep threatening me that he will "campak" my goods which I have paid.
i have to find people who can help me to collect my stuff. Calling everywhere for help.email to Lazada but bounce back.to whom can I raise this complaint
