After a month of persistent follow ups with Lazada Malaysia, the refund was finally reflected in my credit card e-statement. No update or email was ever received from Lazada Malaysia informing me that the refund has been made. I guess the bridge between us has been ruined and burned by Lazada Malaysia.

Placed an order for 2x 10Pcs 12X3mm Neodymium Magnets on 28/08/2017, which ended up with endless problems. The order was already paid for, then a few days later the order got cancelled without any prior notice.

I followed up why my order was unexpectedly cancelled, and I was told there was a system problem. So, I requested for a full refund. But in a couple of days time, the order details showed the order was split in half. Meaning that my refund would be partial.

However, the weirdest thing happened, which got me very mad. The order status went from "Processed" to "Closed", without "Shipped". I wasn't even provided any tracking code to know the whereabouts for the partial delivery. I chased after Lazada Malaysia many times, but most went unanswered.

Lots of promises from customer service, but nothing delivered. Until now, I still haven't received my refund nor magnets. This company is so screwed up !!

Firing the CEO will be the BEST to getting rid of someone who doesn't even know the company is failing in so many areas. AVOID LAZADA AT ALL COSTS !!
