Lazada Malaysia - Worse delivery ever
I order a smartphone via lazada mall on 11 November 2018. I follow the parcel via email that lazada send to me to inform the progress of the shipping.
It stated that the parcel will arrive between 12-17 November 2018. Usually Ninja van will call to inform that the will come to drop the parcel. b ut on 13 November 2018 Ninja van Kangar courier just throw my parcel near my car tyre at my parking lot. They dont even call me.
I check if there is a miss call but none. I just realized my parcel after I went out to my car at 8pm. inside is not a cheap toy but a new pocophone f1 worth thausand ringgit. really *** off with their service.
Before this just read customer complaint about Ninja van , now I know why!!!!
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
Lazada Malaysia Cons: Poor delivery by lex express.

At least u got ur toy..even worse in my case...They promised to send me the poco phone before 17nov but today I got notice that my order had been cancelled..
