New ReviewerI had called in regarding my order refund status. FYI - I had 4 different items cancelled in 4 different orders.
Customer service agent #1 had promised refund for all 4 items within 5-15 days. Ended up getting refund for 1 item only. Called again and repeated process... to my shock, again refund on one item only..
Called again, this time same promises but the refund only happened for 1 item... Now.. for the last item.. customer service agents have had me on the run-around calling them 4 times alone today..
requested for supervisor to call me back but none of the supervisors - "Awal" or "Shima" returned my call.. Call centre manager, "Mr. Rosmi" on leave!! My question is - Let alone LAZADA is the most *** in terms of order management...
even your contact center in Malaysia is in bad shape!!!! Every time I call I have to explain every single detail because either the agents don't log the remarks or their system is so F'ed up. I am so sick and tired of LAZADA and I hope none of you reading this will ever buy anything on LAZADA.
Please use other websites like WISH or ALIEXPRESS. Devastated customer.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $980.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Lazada Malaysia Cons: No credibility, Lazada make fool of customer, Very very bad customer service.

Same thing happened to me. Unethical company, sell gift vouchers and voided them
I encounter similar problem, whereby, I ordered 3 items total cost RM81.60. The order was cancelled without my knowledge and the money was not refunded even after 4 weeks.

Same thing happened to me. Lost RM100.
Somemore insist I provide them some kind of reference number for them to verify before they can proceed further and I donโt have the number.
So they just email me they cannot proceed when clearly they cancelled my order without refunding. I will lodge a report to consumer tribunal
I have encountered the same problem. Non of any supervisor call me and I so fed up with Ladaza. The customer service was rude and provided bad service.
