Lazada's LEX MY delivery service is the most unreliable and unresponsive provider ever.
My items was promised to be delivered in 2 weeks max. But it has been more than 2 weeks since the last delivery date and I have yet to receive it.
Online chatbot is the worst excuse for customer care. Even when you are connected to an agent, their responses are as robotic as the chatbot. All they do is escalate, escalate, escalate. By escalation, it means you are going to wait a *** of a lot longer until they contact you back.
If you see LEX MY as the delivery agent for your order items, i recommend canceling immediately for your own good sake.
