Lazada Malaysia - Worst online merchant ever
After ordering four times from Lazada Malaysia, I decided that indeed it would be the last time.When it is not issues with the Gdex delivery service, they send the wrong item.
You then have to wait 8++ days until Lazada Group receives the item back from Gdex, then they place a new order and the re-delivery starts which in short means....wait 3 weeks to get something if not more.
I can't stand their " I am sorry " anymore as if they were truly sorry, their service would improve - which is far to be the case.All in all, great products at a great price but very bad after sale and delivery service.
