Hi. I had purchase 2x tablet but received a wrong item!!
Purchased Rm300 ++ but get the things not even cost Rm100. What a disappointed things!! Seller had inform that they are sending the correct items, the wrong item send out may due to maybe LAZADA logistic personnel make a mistake when changing the face order; seller advice us to apply for refund.Lazada reject us for refund!!! Could you please make a necessary action immediately to handle this problem?
I need to know the refund status. Please have an investigation on these issues. My tracking number MY82E00321****.Parcel is received at office receiving and not owner received it. Therefore not able to make confirmation on the part once received.
Besides, what I am curious is, why and how come the deliver person also did not contact receiver(owner) before delivery reach? Because for my previous knowledge, deliver person will contact the receiver before delivery reach..
